Hi, I’m Lara/Laura (She/Her). Welcome. :)

I have a background in Somatic Psychotherapy, Couples Counseling, Coaching, and Group Facilitation and I’ve been doing this work for 15 years. I connect well with my clients and genuinely care. My ethics and integrity are healthy, I work from a ground of anti-oppression, and my work is effective. I’m always learning more.

I’m really proud of the fact that 100% of my clients have been referred by other clients and colleagues and that new referrals keep coming. I appreciate that trust in my work and I take it seriously.

Here are some things I’ve worked with successfully. There’s certainly more and you’re welcome to ask me about your situation.

  • Relationship issues (conflict, infidelity, sexlessness, jealousy, divorce, estrangement/disconnection, unmet needs, communication issues, emotional intelligence, emotional availability, parenting issues, open relationship, unhealthy past relationships, crisis, deception)

  • anxiety/depression

I look forward to connecting with you!
